Perfect for leftover pulled pork.
These BBQ pulled pork sheet pan nachos are perfect for game day. Crispy chips, melty cheese, saucy pulled pork, and all your favorite nacho toppings. They’re fast, easy, and perfect for feeding a crowd.

Why Pulled Pork Nachos?
When I brought this tray of nachos out – eyes widened! It always cracks me up (and makes me blush as a host) because you can throw this together so easily and still please your guests.
I’m not sure what’s in the air this year but we seem to have a “football party” at our house every weekend, the home chef in me hopes it’s because they enjoy the food but its probably a mix of that and the fact we have NFL Sunday Ticket….
Pulled pork seems to be great for both picky and adventurous eaters, especially when it’s eaten alongside so many toppings. I really like this recipe because I get to use leftover crockpot pulled pork since leftovers are not always my best friend… The pulled pork just elevates nachos instead of classic, pulled chicken.

Ingredients
I like to make pulled pork in the crockpot and do sliders or sandwiches and use the leftovers to make these nachos! It’s really as simple as it seems, and you could just buy store bought cheese dip instead of making your own to simplify it even more. Guests love these and they taste like you put more effort than you did.
Fresh Ingredients
- cooked pulled pork – try cooking a roast in the crockpot to make it easy or use pre-cooked/shredded from the grocery store
- pepper jack cheese
- white American cheese – I learned recently that yellow American cheese is just dyed white American cheese, so I’ve been making the switch to white since it tastes the same
- heavy cream
- sour cream
- green onion
Pantry Ingredients
- tortilla chips – white corn are our favorite
- BBQ sauce – we love Sweet Baby Ray’s
- tamed, sliced jalapeños – you can absolutely use fresh, the tamed jalapeños in a jar still have a nice kick without being too spicy!
- black beans – from a can!
- white vinegar
- kosher salt

How to Make BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos
- Make the cheese sauce: Combine your cheeses, heavy cream, salt and vinegar in a saucepan until fully combined.
- Warm the pork: Heat up your fully cooked pork in the oven or microwave and toss with BBQ sauce.
- Assemble the nachos: Lay out your chips on your sheet pan, drizzle with the cheese sauce, and add your black beans and pulled pork.
- Bake: Bake for 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Top and serve: Add all your favorite chilled nacho toppings and serve!

Make Ahead Tips
You can make the pulled pork and cheese dip ahead of time and store it in the fridge until you assemble! You just have to heat them through. Everything else seriously only takes a couple of minutes to throw on top.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to use pulled pork?
You can replace with a protein of your choice or omit the protein, but this flavor combination is what makes it great!
Can I use store-bought pulled pork?
Yes! Any BBQ pulled pork will work, just make sure it’s fully cooked before adding to your nachos.
Can I add more toppings?
Of course! Add any nacho toppings you enjoy. I keep it simple when providing to guests. I have a few onion and tomato haters in my life.
