Scale
- 1 1/2 cups cooked pulled pork tossed with ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 4 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 2 ounces white American cheese
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Toppings:
- Tamed jalapenos
- Sour cream
- Black beans, drained
- Green onion
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make your cheese sauce: In a small saucepan over low to medium heat, warm 1/3 cup heavy cream until just heated through. Gradually stir in 4 oz shredded pepper jack and 2 oz American cheese, stirring frequently until smooth and fully melted. Keep the heat low to prevent curdling. Stir in 1 teaspoon white vinegar and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Remove from the heat.
- Warm through the pulled pork and toss with ¼ cup bbq sauce.
- To your parchment lined baking sheet, add a layer of chips. Top with your melted cheese mixture, followed by the pulled pork and black beans.
- Add to your preheated oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with your remaining toppings: tamed jalapenos, sour cream, and green onion.
- Drizzle with extra bbq sauce if desired. Enjoy!
