Mini M&Ms
One of my favorite candies to grab at the grocery store checkout as a kid were the mini M&Ms in the blue tube. I still look at them every time I go…they taste so much better! It must be the candy shell to chocolate ratio.
This sweet treat combines the classic Rice Krispie treat with festive mini M&Ms and sprinkles. Need I say more?

How to Make Valentine’s Mini M&M Rice Krispie Treats
- Prep: Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting once the treats are set. Melt the butter in a pot over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until just melted and smooth, then stir in the kosher salt.
- Mix and Fold in Mini M&Ms: Remove the marshmallow mixture from the heat and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the Rice Krispies until coated, then very gently fold in the mini M&M’s.

- Set & Slice: Let sit at room temperature for 45 minutes before lifting out the parchment, cutting into squares, and serving.
