Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my puff pastry difficult to twist?
Puff pastry becomes soft and sticky as it warms as it has a high butter content. If yours gets difficult to handle, refrigerate the cut strips for about 10-15 minutes before twisting.
Can I serve them at room temperature?
Yes, these can be served at room temperature but warmed is best to keep the pastry crisp!
